Durable's Electrical have full right to terminate any privilege of use given any register user/member anytime dime fit or legal rights without any prior notice to any one and deny your access of the use of your user name and password, internet provided(IP) to our website, in like manner we cannot be responsible for any consequences in regards to the termination.

Due to circumstances beyond our control unknown to us about the prices showed for any item in error or not visible enough correctly on the website, it our statutory  duty to accept an order or cancel or refuse to honor a purchase request on that mispriced item even when payment have been made into our account or office, within 24  hours your refund will be paid back to you and a notification will be sent in this regards.

Use of Voucher Codes:
We accept voucher codes place for promotional services on our website which grant you more privilege to order goods at a discounted rate, you can also take advantage  of our very discounted rate offered only to Esteem customers.
